Admissions Policy

Early Years (Creche - Kindergarten): Children must be at least 3 months for the Creche and 4 years for Kindergarten by the start of the academic session.

Primary School: Admission into Basic 1 requires the child to be at least 5 years old by September of the entry year.

Secondary School: Candidates for JSS1 must have completed Primary 5 or 6 and be at least 10 years old.

Registration: All prospective parents must purchase an application form from the school's administrative office or complete the online registration form.

Tests: Admission is subject to the candidate success in our entrance examinations (Maths, English, and General Knowledge) and a formal interview session with parents.

Probation: New students are admitted on a one-term probation period to ensure they can thrive in our competitive academic environment.

Acceptance Fee: A non-refundable acceptance fee is required to secure a place after a formal offer of admission is made.

School Fees: All fees must be paid on or before the first day of each term. Richoak International School reserves the right to withhold results or access to portals for accounts with outstanding balances.

Discounts: We offer a structured discount for families with three or more children enrolled concurrently at the school.

Notice: A full term's notice in writing, or the payment of one term's fees in lieu of notice, is required before a student is withdrawn from the school.

Transfers: Official transfer certificates and transcripts will be issued only upon full settlement of all outstanding financial obligations to the school.

Refunds: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable between students or sessions.
