Non-Academic Data: We also collect website usage data (cookies and IP addresses) to improve the digital experience of our parents and prospective students.

Academic records of former students are retained indefinitely to provide transcripts and verification services as required throughout the student's lifetime.

Administrative records are kept for the duration of the student's enrollment and for a minimum of seven years after graduation or withdrawal, in accordance with national educational laws.

Our digital databases are hosted on secure, encrypted servers with redundant backup systems both locally and on-site.

Richoak International School does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with examination bodies (like WAEC, JAMB), government educational agencies, and school-sanctioned service providers like school bus operators.

We may disclose personal information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect student safety, or defend the school's rights.

Parents and legal guardians have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about their children. All requests must be made in writing to the School Administrative Office.

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. Richoak will verify the identity of the requester before any changes are finalized.

Withdrawal: If a student is withdrawn from the school, parents can request the return of physical documents (like primary birth certificates) once all administrative clearances are complete.
